Shipping to the United Kingdom
UK Standard Delivery (3-5 working days): £2.50
Your order will be sent tracked via courier myHermes and your tracking number sent to you upon request.
Non bespoke items will be sent next day. Bespoke items will have a lead time of 2-3 weeks.
Shipping Outside the United Kingdom
All international orders will be sent using RoyalMail at a flat rate of £7.00 and your tracking number sent to you upon request.
**Please note that the shipping rates are not inclusive of any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country.

14 Days Returns Policy
You have 14 days for an exchange or refund on non- bespoke items.
Items received outside the above time frames will not be accepted.
We ask from an environmental point of view, that you take responsibility for your purchase by ensuring it's the correct size etc. Items returned due to change of mind & size exchanges, rack up huge amounts of harmful emissions in transportation.
Should your bespoke item not fit your size correctly, we can consider an exchange only. This will be on a case by case basis. Please email customer service with any issues and add any photographs to aid the process.
Procedure for returning goods:
All items intended for return or exchange must be sent back with tracking and a replacement or refund will be issued upon return of the unused item.
Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the EU. It is the customer’s responsibility to retain copies of all tracking information and to ensure that the returned goods arrive with Wear the Walls within the above stated timeframe.
When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting or the relevant couriers airway bills and documentation. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit and you are advised to arrange your own insurance.
We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage / transport where the item returned is faulty.
